In an effort to keep our customers and staff healthy while still providing essential supplies during these difficult times, City of Vapors is switching over to phone-in orders only. Starting today all of our locations will be closed to customers, but will remain open. In order to keep serving you, we ask that you browse our website where we have all of our products listed with pricing, then call us up to place an order.
For curbside pick up, we ask that you remain in your car and give us a call to let us know what you need, then we will run your purchases out to you. This way we can limit contact and possible exposure. At this point, we would like to avoid taking orders before you are in the parking lot to cut down on the amount of people trying to call at once. If you are already here, you will only have to make a single phone call, rather than a phone call to place an order and another phone call to pick up your order.
If you can pay with a card, we would prefer to take your card info over the phone in order to make the pick up process as quick and seamless as possible. We will, however, still take cash if need be.
Additionally, we are working on a solution for online orders which would be mailed out or picked up curbside.
We will also be adding additional phone lines as we do expect to have a fairly large volume of calls and we want everyone to be able to get through.
It is also strongly encouraged that you buy with the intention of stocking up for a week or two. Again, this will allow us to keep the phone lines open and serve as many of our customers in a timely fashion as possible. If possible, please avoid coming by every day for a single item. While we love seeing you, it is better for everyone if you stay home as much as possible. We are instituting a 3 item minimum on disposables for this reason.
Be sure to have your ID ready!
We recognize that there may be a period of, perhaps, bumpy adjustment, but please bear with us as we streamline this procedure.
